Reward Points
REWARD POINTS COLLECTION PROGRAM
1. The Jeff Coffee Reward Points system is applicable to member only.
2. When you make any purchase in Jeff Coffee, each SGD 1 spent will be accumulated as 1 point. The product details page shows the Reward Points you could earn for each corresponding product.
3. Shipping fee and other charges are not entitled for reward points.
4. Reward points are credited into member account once the transaction is completed and the order is delivered.
5. You can redeem products in Jeff Coffee using the reward points. The product details page also displays the number of reward points required to redeem for each corresponding product.
6. To redeem product using reward points, member must login before proceed to Checkout. Next, click “Apply Reward Points” and enter the number of points to use. Maximum or partial points can be applied and the system will automatically convert the points into credits.
7. In the member account, you can check the accumulated rewards points. After login, select Your Reward Points under MY ORDERS to display the total number of points.
